FAQs

Are your wigs clueless?

Yes, allos can be worn glueless.

How often can I wash my wig unit?

*you can wash your wig as often as you like, i suggest you cleanse the unit once every two weeks with sulfate-free products to keep the uni silky, nourished, soft and manageable. Avoid using tea tree and mint shampoo as they can cause your extensions to matte when shampooing. Try to use products designed to detangle and moisturize, smooth, shine, and protect against split split ends.

What product do you recommend to wash your unit?

(Picture of products should be inserted)

We recommend Dove Intense Repair Shampoo & Conditioner, Aussie Moist shampoo & Conditioner, and TRESemme Moisture Rich Smooth & Silky conditioners. Serum & Heat Protectant: Biosilk Silk Therapy (Original) or Beyond the Zone Heat Protectant

THIS IS MY FIRST WIG. SHOULD I GET A CLOSURE OR A FRONTAL?

We recommend closure wigs for those who've never worn a wig before; closure wigs are beginne-friendly, very low maintenance and can still provide a scalp illusion! Although frontal wigs give you the illusion of an entire hairline and styling options, they are Very high maintenance and can be challenging to install.

The difference between a closure and a frontal wig is the amount of lace that covers your hairline. For example a closure wig will cover about 5” of your hairline and frontal will cover about 11”-13”

What is the difference between a lace closure and frontal?

Often you see the terms- 4×4, 5x5, or 13×4 and they mean, in terms of inches, the size of the lace. So in other words, how much parting space would you like, and how much lace would you like to maintain? The 4×4 and 5×5 would be considered a closure, while the 13×4 would be considered a frontal because the

lace cover the full hairline from ear to ear.

I don't know how to measure my head. Will I need my measurements? How do you

take your measurements?

Yes! In order for your unit to have a custom fit we must have your measurements. Please refer to the sizing measurement chart on the website: (insert measure chart here)

I Purchased A Wig Online And Lived Locally. Can I Pick It Up Locally?

Yes, fill out our wig pickup form, come with valid ID and proof of purchase and we will have your wig ready for pickup

How long will the wig last?

The longevity of your unit purely relies on you, your lifestyle and how well you care for it. Your wig is a carefully machine/hand crafted art piece that has been made with the highest quality. As long as you care for your wig it will take care of you. At most your lace will need to be replaced every so often. This time frame will depend on how you care for your wig.

What is the best starter wig for beginners?

My suggestion would be starting with a lace closure unit, as they don't require a lot of maintenance because they have a smaller parting space.

(Closure about 4*4 or 5*5 inches parting space- Frontal ear to ear parting space)

Can you cut my lace

Is it extra For no additional cost, I can precut the lace on closure wigs only, not frontal wigs.

My Order Was Cancelled. Why?

There are a few reasons why we would automatically cancel your order.

1. Several days have passed since you placed your order, and we haven't received a tracking number from you and haven't received your hair.

2. The billing and shipping address doesn't match your order information

Why Do You Cut The Wefts/Tracks?

When using a sewing machine, cutting the wefts after each row is sewn down is essential. On the sewing machine, there is no such thing as folding over the wefts. To ensure the wig isn't bulky and lays flat, cutting the wefts after each row is a must.

Does this hair shed?

Any hair that has been manufactured and stitched onto a weft is entitled to experience minimum shedding. However, to prevent any and all shedding we recommend that if your stylist applies Weft sealer along the track of each bundle of hair upon the installation as well as stitching and knotting around the weft and not through the weft of the tracks (if a sew' in install is being done). This will definitely help prevent shedding. Remember, proper maintenance is extremely important And advised.

What is the difference between a

custom wig and a premade wig?

Custom wigs are specifically made for each customer. Custom wigs are made with custom measurements just for you and only you. It is not a one size fits all wig. Premade wigs comes as S,M, or L based on the sizing chart on the website.. They will fit most customers.

How should I store my units when they are not being worn?

We suggest purchasing a wig storage bag. Your units can be placed in these wig protective bags to preserve The style and keep it dust/dirt free.

What is the proper way to wear my hair under my units?

For best results a FLAT braided foundation. The

smaller the braided, the better. Straight-back braids are recommended for closure and frontal application.
